About Fran
Fran Goldstein CPC CSP has three decades of recruiting and sales success. As a teenager in High School she sold cosmetics in a local Cincinnati pharmacy after school and proceeded to sell for Victoria's Secret and Tupperware. Each position resulted in leading sales production and promotions to management. With a college degree in BS from Syracuse University Fran discovered recruiting as a transition from Social Work. Recruiting became Fran's passion and lead her to continued success as she was promoted to management, Regional Manager and in 1993 she established Gold Staff Consultants, a blended placement firm specializing in administrative support. As CEO, Fran grew the blended firm to a multimillion dollar entity. In 2004, in response to colleague's requests for training, she launched a speaking, training & consulting division, FranSpeaks. As a result of Fran's unique energy, down to earth style and passion for mentoring, she coaches CEOs and sales leaders while speaking, training and mentoring recruiters and sales teams internationally.
Fran served on the Board of Directors of NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) for many years. She was the recipient of the 2005 & 2007 Chairman's Award for her leadership and contributions to the association. She is also Past President of MAPS (Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services) and Past Vice President of MSA (Massachusetts Staffing Association). In 2007 Fran was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Speakers Association of New England and was honored with the David Fitzgerald Spirit Award. In 2008 Fran was selected Chapter Member of the Year, and is now serving as President for the 2009-2010 year. She lives in the greater Boston area with her husband Robert.
